Laura is the Executive Director of Robson Property Management. She began her career in community association management as a homeowner with an undying passion to be neighborly and work with people to help them feel connected to their communities. Her journey began as a volunteer homeowner in her own community where she served as a member of the Social Committee. The volunteerism expanded into being the Social Chairperson, Architectural Chairperson, and eventually into the leadership position as a member of the Board of Directors, serving as President and Treasurer for many years.
Laura’s career in community association management began over 15 years ago when she managed a portfolio of single family, condominium (residential and commercial), and townhome communities. She continued her professional growth in this industry as a Senior Association Manager, Onsite Manager of a large master-planned community, and Director of Client Services.
Laura has demonstrated her commitment to the industry by earning the certification of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), which is the pinnacle designation of professionalism for community association management. The PCAM is the highest of the advanced levels of recognition awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI), the nation’s voice for condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations.

impressive 20-year background in banking, Gem Nelson embodies the perfect blend of financial
knowledge and community management expertise. Her educational background in psychology
and counseling, has seamlessly woven her understanding of human dynamics into her
management approach, creating harmonious and thriving HOA communities. Gem's role as a
devoted mother of two daughters and a son serves as a testament to her nurturing nature, a trait
she extends to her professional endeavors in building connections and fostering inclusivity
within the communities she serves. When she is not dedicated to her work, Gem finds solace by
the lakeside, where she cherishes moments with family and friends. Her dedication to
excellence is further demonstrated by her possession of an ARM (Accredited Residential
Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her unwavering commitment to elevating community management standards and practices.

With an educational background in real estate and holding the CMCA certification from the Community Associations Institute, Dustin Tumleson is an accomplished HOA Community Manager with a robust 7-year tenure in property management. With an educational background in real estate, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, ensuring seamless community operations. Outside of work, Dustin finds joy in family life as a dedicated husband and father to three daughters. His passion for sports, particularly pickleball, mirrors his approach to community management – fostering teamwork and camaraderie. Known for his dedication, he thrives on helping and educating clients and homeowners, making complex HOA matters accessible and comprehensible for all. Fluent in both English and Spanish, his bilingual capabilities further enhance his ability to connect with and serve diverse communities.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in community management, Candice Roy brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her HOA journey started in 2007 as a Compliance Coordinator. In her free time, she loves to paddleboard, fish, hike, travel, and play roller derby. Candice is dedicated to optimizing property operations, helping homeowners, and creating community.
Katie Reid brings several years of experience working in the Association industry and has exceptional skills in building client relationships. She provides exemplary customer service to owners to ensure the community building in all of her Associations. Her commitment to her clients of and neighborhoods is evident in her outstanding leadership skills.
Yolanda Osborne has worked in property management for 17 years, and her priority is not only to maintain and improve the value of the homes, but also to create a positive image for the Association.
Christine Windsor started working for Robson Property Management as a Community Manager. With over 13 years of dedicated experience in the HOA industry, Christine immersed herself in various facets of community management, including development, human resources, and code compliance while also achieving the M-100 designation. Her focus is always to foster relationships, understand unique needs, and execute solutions that resonate with our clients and enhance community living experiences. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors, especially the beach!
Geri Wheaton has been part of the Robson family for over 21 years, and we are so appreciative of her commitment to the company and its growth! She has an infectious smile and personality, and she has an incredible passion for working with the community and providing the most exceptional customer service to our clients. She brings valuable experience in community building and helps all our communities by giving back to charitable organizations.
Kimberly Kelly has extensive experience in working in the customer relations industry. She excels in her ability to work with owners and has a passion to want to help others, which is evident in her jubilant personality.
Clara Florez has worked in the property management industry for many years and has a contagious smile that excels her customer service skills. Her desire to help people is evident every day when she greets all of our clients and owners.
Ron Rosenberg has over 5 years working in the community management industry, and he has valuable experience in working with owners to best understand the fundamentals of Associations. His commitment to our neighborhoods is exceptional.

Sarah is the Controller for The Robson Companies and Robson Property Management. She began in July 2017. She attended The University of Tulsa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Prior to Forest Ridge, she was Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Murphy Energy Corporation and Affiliates in Tulsa. Sarah has extensive experience in accounting and Commercial Real Estate Management.
Sarah grew up in Jenks, OK, and has two sons. She enjoys supporting the University of Tulsa Alumni Association.
Melissa is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate and has been working in accounting and auditing for the last 20 years. She joined The Robson Companies in 2022. Her role includes general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation for all of the individual associations' financial information, as well as analysis of vendor and owner accounts as needed. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, whose never-ending string of activities keeps her quite busy. Her other hobbies include indoor and outdoor gardening and reading historical fiction.
